The decor of the apartment was lovely and it felt cozy from the moment I walked in. The keys were easily accessible and the entry process was straightforward. The room was spacious enough for two people and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. I also appreciated the small jars of tea and coffee provided in the room. Although I had brought my own sugar and tea bags, it was a nice touch. The kitchen facilities were good, and I loved having a proper table and chairs to eat at. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample parking available. The cleanliness of the rest of the apartment was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
While there were some minor drawbacks, like the utensils not being completely clean and the kitchen towel leaving blue fluff on the pots, these were easily manageable and didn't detract from my overall positive experience at Southernwood - Garden Lodge 12.

From the moment we stepped into our 'apartment', we were blown away by the amazing decor and cozy atmosphere. The key collection was a breeze with a simple email code. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee already provided in cute jars. Our room was spacious and had a small, super comfy sofa. The powerful shower and ample hot water were jaw-dropping. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, perfect for cooking our own meals. Parking was easy with plenty of space available. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having a proper table and chairs to eat at. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the flat-screen TV was a bonus. The free Wi-Fi and no-smoking on site policy were great, and it was reassuring to know that no pets were allowed. We had a super enjoyable stay and will definitely be back!

Smooth check-in process, received entry code via email. Found tea and coffee in the room, unsure if provided or left by previous guests. Initially booked room 12, ended up in room 4 without explanation. Room 4 had a cozy sofa and good-sized shower with strong, hot water. Ample parking and comfortable bed.

Getting the keys was a breeze and entry was simple. The room had some tea and coffee provided, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the fact that the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The cleanliness of the utensils was subpar, with leftover food on some of them. The kitchen towel left blue fluff on our pots, making it impossible to dry them.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a good shower. The location was convenient with ample parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to have a wider variety of options on the menu.

Upon arrival, the key collection process was seamless, with an email providing the code to access the key box. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with a cozy sofa. The shower was powerful and provided ample hot water. The kitchen facilities were in good condition and there was ample parking available. The bed was comfortable, and having a proper table and chairs to eat at was convenient. the room was clean and well-maintained.
Although my stay was largely enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The walls in the lodge were thin, which meant noise from neighboring cabins and cleaning staff using the vacuum cleaner in the mornings could be quite disruptive.

The process of collecting the keys was effortless, as I received an email with the code to access the box. Entry into the room was smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee already provided in small jars. While I'm not sure if these were supplied by the owner or left by previous guests, I appreciated the convenience. I had brought sugar and tea bags with me, so I filled up the sugar jar during my stay. Although I had initially booked room 12, I was moved to room 4 without any explanation. However, I didn't mind as room 4 turned out to be quite comfortable. I especially enjoyed the small sofa, which I found cozy and relaxing. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the powerful shower provided ample hot water.
Nothing, all was good. 👍
